Project looks really nice but I'm concerned about the developer (Sher). King East seems to be fine but it was probably led more by Lamb. Then there's the IVY fiasco...Sher doesn't really seem to have any track record leading a development. Any thoughts on this?

Barriers all around this project make it difficult to take pictures. There was a smaller excavator working at the bottom of the pit. Ramp is gone and my guess is final earth removal followed by crane coming soon.

This really appears ready for the crane but it\'s a very deep excavation and they look like they are having water drainage issues.

Ok the long arm excavator is gone and site is fully dug out. Cement is being directed to the base of the foundation, so crane should not be far behind.

Yeah! Base for crane in place. Can crane installation and actual construction start soon to enhance this dreary site?

This one has been super slow to start... hopefully the actual build moves a bit quicker. Quite fond of the scale / design.

Based on renderings, it's one of the more cohesive designs by RAW currently in action. If they execute on materials then this one should be a looker.

Crane installed and construction started. Let\'s hope it progresses faster to completion than the rate so far.
