They've set up the hoarding around the site, but still not much movement on the shoring and excavation work yet:

Caught a glimpse while passing by on the subway, there's a shoring rig on site along with evident work happening now.

The shoring process is taking them a long time, this site continues to be a slow mover.

I see a demo permit but no other permits pulled. Probably a TTC holdup

Lovely. Hillsdale is now one way (Eastbound only) from the subway tracks to Yonge. At least it's not fully closed like Helendale was.

Finally some real progress on this.

Part of the site I believe is almost fully excavated, but obviously, from the photo, they are having water issues.
