It does look like some parts like the market and maybe the bay concourse will open this year like it is still January

Not to excuse the glacial pace of the projects, but I think those pics immediate above is for rebuilding the bridge - a city project that was not part of Union Station revitalization proper per se.

Hmmm, what pictures will we be able to match up with this ? Also, one thing I can tell by this post, Front between Bay and Unviersty looked very different back then in 2009.

You would probably have to stand in the middle of Front St. There used to be a landscaped median.
