I believe this is a new tallest for Durham Region now, at least until phases 4 and 5 are built, right?

Yes it’s currently the tallest in Durham but will be replaced next year by Tower 3 at 31 storeys. A lot of high-rise pre construction towers are going to commence soon, so this tower won’t hold the title for too long.
