As I understand it, once tenants in the building where phase 2 will be are able to move to phase 1, then the demolition and building of phase 2 can start.

Wish I had a crystal ball for a peek at both phases here completed, KPMB's 700 University completed and of course a quick window-wash for the Foster on the NW corner... possibly the classiest, bad-assiest intersection in the city one day?
