Once the firms currently housed in the Banting Institute building have moved into the 12-storey part of Schwartz-Reisman, then they can tear that building down and start working on the 20-storey portion… so a couple years from now.

So many reasons to love this project. One subtle thing for me is how the windows are slightly staggered and sloped. Clean yet with so much visual interest.
