Interesting. The darker material reminds me a little of the cladding on the de Young Museum in San Francisco.

I believe they are using the chocolate brown colour for the cladding.

From above, you can see that there is a big space in the center of the site free of concrete forms - I'm guessing that's a pool or a gym.
