Thanks! Me too. The towers are starting to take shape now...so the project should gain some momentum and rise a bit quicker. It's quite the base to walk around and feels much larger in person. It's also very peaceful with all the schools and gardens as neighbours.
That's one of my favourite little corners of the city. St. Mike's and area is a peaceful enclave; very nice in there. And I'm looking forward to his development adding to the corridor feeling on Bay. With 1000 Bay right behind, it'll be interesting to look down.
