This is something I don't understand about the station:
IMG_2223.jpg

The sign on the right points left (forward) towards the tunnel to the Highway 7 Viva station, but the only opening I see are double doors. Does this mean that riders will have to use that small doorway to get from the centre-street station to the subway/bus terminal?

Also, I was surprised that this hallway to the bus terminal was this long:

Also, this is the way to the Millway Ave entrance:

And this is the connection to KPMG:

In other metros or subways around the world, they would have shops or supermarkets or vending machines along the walkways. Like this wine vending machine in Hong Kong (impossible here in Ontario with our alcohol restrictions). From link.

I guess you never tried knocking on that wall around the doors or you would have realized that it is temporary hoarding. For the life of me, I can't figure why they wasted money painting the hoarding the same finish colour as the rest of the concourse. Look at the photo again and notice the lack of floor trim.

The hall to the bus terminal is long because of all the service rooms occupying the floor space there.

So is that bus terminal supposed to open by December? I find that hard to believe considering i just saw it some weeks ago.

Oh, that makes sense. However, I couldn't touch it as there were temporary railings there.

It might also have been “finished” because they were not expecting the Viva Station to be completed so soon, since the previous opening date was Spring 2018.

I've read somewhere that the bus terminal was going to have a "partial opening", rather than being fully completed.
