In the past, if a high-rise residential tower was built in the suburbs, it was typically surrounded by lawns and parking lots. It's impressive to now see high-rise buildings in the suburbs form streetscapes and interesting skylines.

The city as a metropolitan area feels more mature and interesting, even in areas that were greenfields a generation or two ago.

North Tower is topped out. December 2020 Ground Floor to March 2022 - another impressive project by CentreCourt. Big glass and framing supply issues though as changerang showed in his pic above.

M1 and M2 really coming up in the background as well.
