I don't know if they refer to it as anything other than the Yonge Street Slip Park… but there's next to zero about it online yet.

Shoulda been 10 storeys taller (typical UT height geek comment-am a proud card carrying member of course).The corporate slab podium (probably intended as a foil to the the tower?) is a fail. The tower still gets a solid pass.

But we have drones.. and the roof/mechanical box had better get some serious love soon. Thinking lighthouse (not the band).
 
I was able to walk by today and and speak to the security manager for the building. He told me that there is a focus on cleaning up the grounds and that the first tenants will move in starting March 17th. He also said that landscaping (both hard and soft) will begin next week for the extended grounds The round-about from the neighbouring condos is open now. Here are a few pictures I took of the grounds and the external lift coming down. Warning! Dirty pictures to follow ;-)
