Toronto Tower at Pier 27 | 114.9m | 35s | Cityzen | a—A

That's what the builder told me too. They're down playing the fact that parking lot to the east will be gone too sooner or later.

Renderings rarely show future phases, it's true. After the tower, there will still be two building sites left on the property.

I guess they had to do a quick mod since Exhibit took that design.

Some older renders show that tower styling on one of the shorter buildings.

I like the design, although the "twist the rectangular floor plate" approach will have been done already in Toronto a few times (e.g., Exhibit, 12 Degrees).
Pretty sure that this tower was the first design to come up with this in Toronto. There were preliminary designs for the tower and the smaller one to go next to it to the east a long long time ago.

There are a pile of new renderings for you to see in the new dataBase file for this project, linked at the top of the page!

not just "stunning" but, "absolutely stunning". Seriously? It's a nice play on balconies but, rather shocked to see such a glowing review from one of the forum's harshest critics.

Could the letters aA automatically generate that response from certain individuals?
