Nothing bad about it. Just the regular + 1 or 2 year delay from projected. For Totem, it was because they had to wait for TTC to finish their underground connection for the 2nd entrance/exit.

I didn't even realize that was curtain wall, good eye.

That's not curtainwall. It's windowwall with a lip that's hanging down over the slab edge.

Interesting. It looks a lot better than the kind of window wall we usually see.

also having floor to ceiling glass with no horizontal mullions (except for operable windows) really improves the look of a window wall too.
Here, they even have a consistent solid black band just below the ceiling to better conceal the vents that often clutters the look of a window wall.

It's nice to see a pure black mullions (not charcoal grey), and pure white spandrel (not some muted shade of grey, green or blue) that looks set flush against the mullions. This is one of the better looking window wall system I've seen in a while.
