When you were snapping the Hyatt, did you happen to notice if Core redesigned the super-tall on Jarvis (Grand Hotel Redevelopment).

I like this little project. It's perky.
I'm really fond of the diagonal bracing at mid-level, less fond of the bulging offset box behind it. The chiclet-sized balconettes are fun.
So far, so good, I say.

As per this press release issued by Hyatt yesterday, there is mention of a Hyatt Centric Jarvis Street Toronto. As Hyatt's only development project in this location, it appears that the brand was upgraded to a Centric which would make it Canada's second after Montréal.
