Significant changes in the amenities would most likely void the sale contracts. It is highly unlikely a developer can fully drop a promised pool or basketball court. But they could make design changes to the original contract and argue they are not material (i.e smaller pool, half court, no cabanas, etc)Any new construction updates and curious to see if others think Pemberton will still follow through with the amenities such as the Infiniti pool and basketball court that we’re announced ?
