Thanks, @Electrixsun. I checked it out on Google Maps. It's between Lake Shore Blvd & Harbour St. The Toronto Lake Shore landscape changes so quickly.

I have to say that I like the shape and how it sets back multiple times. I think what I don't like is that it's a lot in a small footprint (IMHO), and when you get closer, the materials and details ruin it.

Honestly, I’d probably take Nobu over this. So outrageously ugly, particularly the south-facing cladding, above the first setback. It doesn’t get much worse than this.
