Oh, looks like the bands are getting applied at the end after all. The original plan was for them to be mounted prior to installation, just like at Ice.

Just came back from my afternoon walk and spotted the glass for myself! :) Snapped a bunch to share with everyone. It looks like you can clearly see the attainment points for the archirectural metal bands. This will be one stunning tower!

I didn't have my regular camera with me today, so these are just iPhone shots.

I wonder if the bands will stand off from the glass or actually pressed against the glass, and how it will look from the inside.
This building is looking better each day -- it will definitely be a stunner. Lamb and Harhay are definitely the better developers we have in the city.

Kudos to Mr. Lamb and co. for elevating the quality of high-rise residential architecture in this fine city. Thank you Brad!

I'm not sure why it would be doubted - he and Freed are the best in the city when it comes to design savvy. I believe the quality of construction is also quite good but having never lived in any of their buildings, I can't speak directly to that.

The one thing I'll give Lamb and Freed credit for are the exterior designs of their buildings. That's about it.

I have a good friend in a Lamb building - 98 issues on their PDI and their customer service hasn't returned their calls in 3 weeks. I also work by the King East and the quality on that building is horrible. Cracks in the exterior and water stains, etc.

Theatre Park however is looking AMAZING.
