Agreed! It's funny, my mom has a painting in her living room showing a historic scene of the Royal Alex with an old streetcar circa 1930's(?) and it shows the site of Theatre Park as being vacant; the artist put trees there...

...so for any historians out there (I'm not one sorry), was this site always vacant (or a parking lot) but never improved with a building?

Thanks for the pics. Have a feeling that waterfall wall is going to look ridiculous - sort of like the one at the "World Trade Centre" at Yonge/Queen's Quay. Hope I'm wrong!
