The proposed building exceeds the maximum height of 30 metres by approximately 130 metres.
Looks great, but my hopes aren't too high because it is Plazacorp and they have never done anything that didn't eventually get "cheapened".
Not much confidence in a builder that builds this:

Lets hope they don't fill this one up with 8' ceiling units; It's like walking through a cave with these Plaza projects. Good builder but my God, what's with the low ceilings.
It's cheaper - and that's all that matters.
This will be a very jam-packed area in the next 5-8 years or so:
King Blue, The Bond, 87 Peter, PJ Condos, whatever happens to the MEC property, not to mention the Gehry-Mirvish towers, etc.
