I didn’t see a sign variance in the Toronto Building building permit status website. I submitted an email with permitting to inquire.I suspect this is against the City Signs By_Law. Someone want to put in a complaint?? Do they have a Third Party Sign Permit??

Fair point. They own it until the Condo Corporation is registered. They might be allowed a temporary sign but this looks more permanent. Very odd.
The City's sign regs are outlined at https://www.toronto.ca/services-payments/building-construction/sign-permits-information/Fair point.
