Those appear to be identical but likely just done on a later round of renders after changes were made elsewhere. Just looks like the angle and the quality of light was changed.

One uses different hues, lighting, brick and render people arrangement from the other...

...and if one of these is in fact a later version, consider it a sidegrade as opposed to an upgrade. As either will work once and if built to that respective spec, IMO.

You gotta love all those battleship grey, back-painted spandrel panels on those vastly over-scaled "mid-rises."

(That's not a criticism of your photography skills, Red Mars.)

Biggest change I see is the cladding colour of the underside/railings of the third storey mezzanine; it's gone from a bronze-y colour to dark grey with red. They've added some lighting to the railing and bridge underside as well.

Ah, I see the more reddish accents on the left have been replaced by the MCU colour palate as well.

Missing potlights under the L3 balustrades, and illumination under the skybridges; and one of the skybridges between the two podiums on the left went from an open truss to covered up. Minor changes, but it's there.

EDIT: oh and the flooring for the retail went from narrow to wide tiles on both sides. The truss pattern of the bottom of the skybridges have also changed.
