I'm assuming you're referring to HPA's initial massing ideas which were never more than that (massings). If you mistakenly thought the res towers were going to have the 'curved edges' and 'crown details' depicted therein, that's kind of your fault.

It's an easy mistake to make, no need to be condescending about it.

I always appreciate being humoured but my point was really that if a person has a question of the kind you asked that can (fairly easily) be answered then maybe that person might just want to look it up themselves and, if they are public-spirited, post the answer rather than the question.

$1400 would require a substantial shift in the characteristics of the greater real estate market. At a minimum you would need to see significant appreciation in the detached, semis and towns market, otherwise the spread between owning land and a box in the sky is reduced even further than it already has. Why buy a 700sq ft condo for 1.0+ million when you can buy a town for 1.2 million. I think we'll see condo prices plateau shortly/they already have.

Too high for too many units. With such headwinds in financial and real estate markets, I believe Tridel will focus on de-risking the project which means focusing on absorption and making sales that will close. There are a ton of units to sell.
