The Well site this evening. All is quiet, seven excavators sitting in a row. The site is very different at night - in a City full of light, the entire site is totally dark.

Must only be by a bit! Which of the two is going to be deeper? I always forget how many floors of parking are below Nathan Phillips.

City Hall's land area is about 50% larger than this one, though it isn't as deep.

City hall has the largest underground garage however, it is 2,027 spaces according to a quick google. This one is a little under, with 1,953 spaces. This one has a large underground retail area though requiring further excavation.

Now that I look into it.. This may indeed be close. City Hall is certainly a large site, But isn't nearly as deep as this.
