I thought I read many pages back that it's actually the same brick, just hand-laid on the bottom and panelized on top. The difference in colour, if I'm remembering correctly, is just that there is more dust (from the mortar?) on the bottom part, and once it's had a thorough cleaning the two parts should match.

Nope, its totally different. Even the size of the bricks seems different.

Is the mall supposed to open this spring? Looks like a lot of work still has to be completed - not sure they can get that done in less than 2 months.

If you don’t notice 1-2 missing glass panels and the white scaffolding on the Tridel Midrise….the exterior looks all done!

the tall rental will take occupancy August 1st.
Anyone have any ears as to when the retail opens up? last i heard it was summer sometime?

Thanks! That surprises me as I would have thought that the third rental west along Wellington was going to be next. Anyways I am most looking forward to trees going in along Wellington as I love a nice allée. Should be soon!
