I was searching for info on 433 Front West and stumbled on these.

I don’t recall seeing the model posted before (apologies if I missed them).

not sure if this was mentioned before but looks like Fresh is moving their Spadina location into The Well.

Tucked in near the bottom of their recent press release announcing their Danforth opening:

Fresh is continuing its momentum and is preparing for several additional openings in 2022-2023 and beyond. This winter, Fresh will proudly open their ninth location at York Mills and Leslie with a retail space, an ordering kiosk, and delivery available through the Fresh app. In early 2023, Fresh on Spadina will relocate around the corner to The Well, Toronto’s newest neighbourhood block. These are just a few of the exciting things ahead for Fresh in the coming years.

September 20, 2022: Derrick being installed on Building E (middle residential tower on the south side) for upcoming removal of the next crane. According to the Infrastructure and Phasing Plan filed with the City, Building E is the third / fourth residential building to be ready for occupancy, after buildings A and B, and possibly F, but before buildings C and D.
