And hence why we added a way to upload photos directly to UT so we can host. We hated losing photos and renderings which happened a lot in the old days.

It's because people were using third party image hosting that we lost all of those old photos. Just upload your photos directly to UrbanToronto and they won't disappear from the threads!

Yes, sorry! I was thinking about Reddit, but even Reddit has its own image hosting nowadays.

The details in the columns/ceilings are actually quite nice. Not sure how much of that will show when they finish the interiors but there's some great angles and "thinning" visual effects going on.

I wonder how the sales are going for the signature suites on Wellington. A 92 unit building with a pool sounds like expensive common element fees as there is not much room to spread around costs. We are only 102 units and know the struggle.
I heard they are still trying to get all the signature suites sold. This video could be to assist with that.

The plan was that the office ceilings space would be exposed - but finished. All the HVAC would be run through the raised access flooring.

Dumb move on all the cinema companies if that's the case. They're going to see this development flourish and end up regretting it, just like how IKEA is probably deeply regretting not seriously looking into One York when the space was available.
