The sheer volume of soil removed and size of the underground complex here continues to completely blow me away.

If you mean beyond the site, then we only know of a couple of knockout panel locations. There are no plans for the GO station to the south yet, for example.

Correct. Currently only knockout panels near the south east corner of the site on P4.

You can see the knockout panels referenced in the P2 floor plan posted by @marcus_a_j above. You are also correct however - from the May 2018 Architectural Plans

Wonderful photos as always!
This site and KING Toronto have gotten me really interested in Allied as a company, Michael Emory seems to really care about design and they have the capital/team to pull off some of these fantastic projects.
Side note - on their latest investor call I believe I heard Hugh Clark say that the remainder of the site is projected to come to grade through Q2 2019. I thought that seemed fairly optimistic, but looking back a year it's insane to see how far this has progressed, can't wait to see the podiums start to come together!
