Thanks to @Northern Light who informed me of a revised permit as a result of a Minor Variance decision here. The MV went through the process in 2023 and the changes listed below are now affirmed in the site plan agreement and issued building permits:
Storeys increased from 52 to 54
Height increased from 179.52 to 184.85m
Total residential units increased from 709 to 743
No new renderings, just a revised site plan & elevations:
I took this on Thursday, and it was a little jarring to walk by this and see such a strange thing as the edge of a reinforced facade illuminated in the sunlight. It just looks odd when comparing it to classical conventions of what an urban area looks like.
