From a few days ago. My friends infront of a community-made bench, replacing the former cement bench from across the street. Too bad the developer didn't pay much attention in trying to accomodate the community. Would have been an easy win.

Drives me nuts when a structure is very far along without a hint of cladding. Such a tease.

Precast brick installation has start on the lower levels. While not disastrous, it’s.. pretty bad. Much paler than the rich tone shown in the renders, and big XO1 vibes with the panel gaps. Pretty disappointing.
Sorry for the bad photos.

The curved southwest corner remains unclad, we’ll see how they do with that.

They must've bought the unused precast brick panels from the circa mid-2010's Liberty Village developers.

Oooof that’s foul - if you can’t afford real brick slip precast just choose another finish. Tinted and stamped concrete brick almost always looks artificial.

Hopefully this gets a layer of concrete stain

The corner is rounded in the rendering. The brick treatment on that corner looks hideous in the photos.
