I’m just glad that they removed that odd ramp that used to be in front of Winners. It made that little stretch of Spadina on my walk to Clarence Sq. feel like a highway. It’s flat now and even though it’s still very much a construction zone, it somehow feels integrated into the neighbourhood. It’s amazing how tiny changes to the public realm can make a neighbourhood feel completely different.
