The fact that it's tiny might be the point, and drive the clearly well thought out plan. Love it. It looks quite high end and that café und kuchen looks amazing.
 
So pretty! Never thought I'd see this kind of class in that neighbourhood...

Walked by last night. Couldn’t believe how well done this building is. My wife kept asking “are you sure this isn’t a condo?” Very well done from top to bottom. This will just force projects in the area to step up their games.
 
Definitely hoping we'll see more mansions on Jarvis restored like this- they're definitely underutilized street-defining assets at the moment.

Yep, not just Jarvis, even further down on Sherbourne. There's so much potential down Sherbourne and Jarvis.
