Update:

The Selby, from Tricon Capital, Mod Developments, and OP Trust, will rise to a height of 50 storeys. Designed by Chicago-based bKL Architecture, it is being clad in a precast concrete panels inlaid with real red brick on the surface.

Oof! I am sure there is nothing amiss but the curious in me wonder how the form work (+ concrete) get their support.

I like the Selby, I really do - that overhang really makes it for me. But speaking of the Netherlands, here's a little of what I saw in Amsterdam last month,
and I'd like to see more of this kind of vernacular here in Toronto.
