Tricon Capital Group Inc.

Tricon Capital Group Inc.

Tricon is a vertically integrated developer-owner-operator of residential real estate across North America. Since its inception in 1988, Tricon has invested in real estate and development projects valued at over $23 billion, including over 50 rental apartment and condo development projects. Tricon has assets under management of approximately $6 billion invested in three strategies - rental apartments, single family rental homes, large scale master planned communities and other smaller land development/homebuilding projects.

Tricon is a leader in the development of purpose-built rental projects in the GTA and currently has three active multi-family projects under development, which together encompass over 1,000 units: The Selby (Bloor & Sherbourne Streets), 57 Spadina (King and Spadina Streets), and Scrivener Court (adjacent to Summerhill LCBO store). Tricon's rental apartments are operated under the brand Tricon House, and residents' living experiences are defined by architectural and design excellence, suites geared toward end-users, unmatched amenities, programmed active lifestyle management, and a distinctly unique community vibe.
