Curtainwall is nice, but it's a typical aA balcony surrounded box. At least the balconies don't cover 100% of all 4 sides this time ?

Minto never uses curtainwall, especially on a project this tall.
Curtainwall is nice, but it's a typical aA balcony surrounded box. At least the balconies don't cover 100% of all 4 sides this time ?

Sales for the Saint condos to launch on Oct 29th. Looks like this is 47 storeys with 416 units in total.

Article also mentions a move to Wallman. Unclear if it's just the amenity (which would be weird), or the whole building (far more likely).

Not surprising, since they do have an established relationship with Wallman for projects such as Minto30Roe and Minto Westside.

The wood panels are a nice touch, always appreciate a little warmth added. The kinks between the podium and tower are nice however will come down to whether or not they actually use curtain wall (not holding my breath). The heritage portion has a real chance to be a stunner!

The heritage portion isn't even part of the site, from my understanding.
