It's good to see new buildings popping up in the view while driving on DVP. Gardiner doesn't have to the only one with skyline views. One could argue that DVP has better views than Gardiner because you not only see the skyline but you also see the greenery and the view of skyline keeps changing every few seconds (every few minutes in rush hours) because of DVP's elevation changes.

I agree. Plus the Fall change is great with the buildings popping in and out of the coloured leaves. Makes the parking lot a bit easier to handle.

I'm not a big fan of liars or shysters in this business. While it would be difficult to prove the former in the case of this developer, it's almost impossible not to see the latter.

The hotel doesn't look like it's ready to open in 3 weeks (Sep 21 according to a link posted here a couple of months ago).

Current date is November 17, but they're not taking reservations so it's clear management doesn't expect to meet that date.
