Any Ideas for what to do with the Basin? I believe its a shared responsibility between the City/parks and pacific reach.

The concrete should be fixed and that's a City responsibility (PFR) or so I was told. Then someone (City or PortsTO) needs to try to keep the flotsam & jetsam out of the basin or collect it when it does.

They have a team set up to collect the flotsam, but the jetsam, unfortunately, is outside the budget.
