I hope this give us all a reason to walk along the promenade in the 'inner inlet'. There was nothing inviting before. Anybody know what type of retail will be here along the water?

I think that they will have a very easy time letting these units as it seems to be a fantastic location! I can't think of any service or retail that isn't a 5 to 10 minute walk away.

I hope so. It was a struggle to lease those units previously as no one detoured into this space from the street. It was a dead zone. They’ll need a tenant that naturally draws people in or it will likely end up just as dead.

Rent was cheap for those units too. I imagine it will be significantly higher now so even more need to make this space a draw. They really should fix the water fountain as that at least caught people’s attention when it was working.

That tower is getting the same floor place expansion as the other one as part of the next phase.
