Everyone involved in this one should clean off some space in their trophy cabinets. This is truly a stunner.

This building is an A-minus in my books. Love the brick and crisp window detailing. However, where I would deduct marks from would be that the black balconies tend to look rather translucent from certain angles. More so the west facing balconies, which is especially evident when viewing it from Sudbury Street, the further away you get from the building. If the material/texture of the black balconies were to have been darker, then the visual impact would be much more vivid.
 
Nice to see that glazed brick on the podium. It feels petty to complain, given how nicely this has turned out, but I wonder why they abandoned the vertical bond seen in the renders, e.g.,:

That seemed like a quirky and interesting touch and I'd been looking forward to it.
