Why is this happening what's with the delays! This project and Concord Skys on Yonge St are delayed on starting their basement section !

Concord Sky is not delayed at all. If you look at the pics over the last few months, there has been progress on the excavating.

It's gotta be close, but I selfishly maintain that I was the first one to see that YouTube video (but I could be entirely wrong)...I wish we could still have our 2012 texts to time stamp the proof!

I think you're onto something. Cumberland Terrace is closing all of the entrances on Cumberland because of the way the brick sidewalk has started to fall apart...it's collapsing along the entire side opposite the excavation site. Maybe someone can grab a picture, it's very obvious.
