So, wind is our greatest enemy in preserving our heritage soil ramp? Pemberton has done a great job in creating this marvel of engineering, it's a shame we have to deal with wind in this city.

I note the foundation permit doesn’t have a “full issuance”. I wonder if there are permits holding up next steps?

It's literally called "The Pemberton" although at this point I wouldn't be surprised if that's a bit too advanced thinking...
