The walkway is very nice. I appreciate the terminus view of the fire station.

What do they propose to do with the buildings on Bay however? It does not appear that they are part of this proposal. I am reading it incorrectly?
 
1235 and 1255 Bay St. are the subject of their own plan by a different firm. The two are however working together and with the City to complete the block.

I have to agree. I really like the podium design, but think it's more Bloor street than this location. The tower is forgettable.

Though its proximity to Four Seasons would make it stand out slightly less.

Is that seriously the new design for the towers, or are they just placeholders? I recall that the DRP wanted a redesign. Surely, this can't be it, considering how dull these are compared to the original design?
