And let's not even forget how ridiculous that rendering looked - anyone who has been to Cumberland (the rendering is looking north, towards the TFS station) can tell you it isn't an arterial road it was made out to be. The rendering intentionally created an inaccurate depiction of airiness when the actual built form would have resulted in anything but - it's the epitome of misleading graphic communication. Fail.

The same must be said for 1 Yorkville though. It is equally ridiculous and out of context and not appropriate in scale for this area.

Usually, if mechanical is included in the stated height, the word used is "including", the word "plus" implies that the mechanical height is on top of the stated height.

So I would say that this project originally involved a 69s (237.5m) tower and a 55s (182.5m) tower, but now it's a 62s / 40s project.

Estimated new heights: 215m and 135m
