Indeed. That was before any glass point towers had been built. And the height was quite unheard of. We were happy with an announcement for a 20 storey building back in 2002. A lot has changed in the last 15 years!

So The One's scaffolding wasn't strong enough to hold up to the wind last night. It looks like a disaster right now, rather than a luxury project.
