I dont think I've ever seen cladding reach to essentially the height of the building that is still under construction. That's pretty unprecedented is it not?

I pressume since this floor isn't a concrete and rebar filled swimming pool, this floor will be completed in short order. The walls are still looking bunker thick though, so getting to the next floor maybe sometime again, I suspect.

Speaking as a lay person, as the work on the other portions of the building winds down, AND the complexity of the main tower diminishes, I expect this building to rise just as fast as any other, and I expect we'll see this happen very soon.

I'm sticking with my prediction that it will be faster, but still slow until we're above the first mechanical floor, but then rise with real speed once it is into the condo floors after that.

It seems to me that the current level has already proceeded much faster than previous levels. Let's see how long before they reach the next.
