This should maybe help envision that. Couple interesting things to note:
- We should see the podium core rising from the westernmost side of the site.
- Though they haven't caught up there will be a relatively large ramp under what is now the staging site (not sure what they'll do about that).
- Some sort of connection to the heritage building.

I appreciate that you only seem concerned about theApple"Retail tenant" space - but that isn't true.
Gosh I hope it's a Samsung store, or Microsoft, or a dealership such as Tesla or Ferrari.Yes, the parking is under the heritage building side's podium. The -1 level is retail and bike storage. There is no access to that retail from -1 though. It belongs to the street level retail (Apple). It was expected that that might've been back of house stuff but with double height ceilings, it may in fact be a part of the store, accessible via a stairwell.
Your photo confirms what I said. Retail Anchor tenant owns the -1 space. The ramp is below the heritage building side of the property.
What does this even mean .... the drawing clearly shows that the retail space and the parking ramp are all on the -1 level.
Interesting to note that it looks like it is (at least) a 2 story cavernous space for this lower level

It's coming out - it was designed with the intent of coming out. Would have been nice, but the loading dock wasn't completely design when it was put in, and there are major upturn and downturn beams that need to be formed that tie into that south freight elevator core.It looks like the staging bridge will become a permanent part of the ground level. Looking at the blueprints, they formed it in a way that the diagonal cutout will join the ramp going down, that’ll curl under the platform. They won’t have to demolish the staging bridge.
Here’s a rough outline of the bridge and where the ramp down will go:

Yeah that's what I was thinking. You can see the elevator core there is being cut off by the staging platform (and the lip around the staging platform didn't fit in). It's coming out - it was designed with the intent of coming out.
