That's sort of an oxymoron. Beams are horizontal, posts are vertical. If the OP is talking about the yellow posts, then yes those are temporary. Everything else is staying. The angular steel being neither vertical or horizontal I would refer to as hangers.What support beams?

Excellent vantage point! This perspective would be increasingly lovely as "our" tower, rises slowly, but majestically, to dwarf the buildings around it.
