Forms for the walls are already being put up! Cautiously optimistic about the speed of progression now.
The rebar on the tic-tac-toe load-bearing walls still needs to be installed before the walls can be poured though.

Was thinking the same thing. Forms already feels like lightning speed. That's not something I say lightly, especially in relation to this development.

BBQ and Hockey viewing party at @Benito's place in a year! (I hope!!)@Benito your mission, should you choose to accept it. Is to make friends with the crane operator and other workers as the approach your floor!
And ultimately, we're hoping for pictures from your sky high barbeque!

Wait until they have fully installed all the self-climbing formwork systems at the core and the perimeter.
Once this is in place they will be flying to the top of the structure.
And there will also be a huge surprise wrapping around the tower somewhen soon to protect the workers while glass installation and finishing jobs.
