That's some thick glass.

I was totally taken by the cut out in the glass. From a distance it seemed like it was displaying a moving image. Like a monitor.

I will keep that in mind and if I do, will definitely not post about it here. People are very touchy when it comes to joking about this building! If you ever do, just make sure it's not on a Sunday.

It's beyond bullet proof and it cost something ridiculous like a million per pane IIRCThat's some thick glass.
Maybe Mizrahi frequents this thread to see how the community is reacting to the construction progress!I think we're going to see the pace of this thing start to pick up.
But in more seriousness, is the progress really being that slow with all things considered? Or we just naturally being impatient for something fantastical we wanted to have been built yesterday? I know that I've been guilty of the latter at times.Maybe Mizrahi frequents this thread to see how the community is reacting to the construction progress!
I honestly will not complain about the speed at which construction progresses for any project. I am neither qualified nor do I have any experience with large-scale multi-million dollar construction projects to critique the construction progress of this building. But in more seriousness, is the progress really being that slow with all things considered? There's no question this building has been moving incredibly slowly. It's also one of the most unique and complex buildings in the city. But in more seriousness, is the progress really being that slow with all things considered?
