Fascinating that from the footings, you can already sort of estimate the footprint of the tower- the floorplate definitely going to be a bit smaller than One Bloor's.
Makes me wonder how fast construction could go once they clear the ground.

Looks like a new crane is coming. Perhaps they will dismantle the existing crane, as there is no need for such a heavy duty crane anymore.
My only confusion is where the new crane will go. I can see a rebar cage on the north western edge of the staging platform, perhaps it will be there? The base south of the existing crane is too small for a crane, and will likely be the base of a concrete pump.

Or it's for a pumpcrete tower? Placing concrete with the buckets eats up piles of crane time
