Thanks for posting that. Interestingly they have The One depicted looking much higher than 306m in those flyovers. Perhaps intentional for the purposes of marketing. But it does look closer to:

The One's most recent Instagram and FB page advertising tower is posted 1043 ft and 80 Floors? It popped up as an add on my feed...

Pretty glaring that the area councillor wasn’t at the ribbon cutting. This is the most significant development in the city — the country! — let alone her ward and she skipped it. Time to let go of the grudge Councillor Wong Tam.

I did say that in jest since the difference is over 100 ft and those would be some weird spires but you never know. Mizrahi hasn’t shown himself to be the kind of guy to do things half way.

The tower is definitely over-sized in that image. When I count pixels, I get a height of around 329m (1080 feet), even allowing for perspective effects.
